Iapetus is such a pretty and unique shop and they sell very lovely items. I have purchased many things from Iapetus and it will always be one of my favourite shops! The staff are always very helpful and friendly and will make sure the customers experience is positive. I recently purchased a beautiful necklace online and it needed to be handmade and I was made aware that it would take slightly longer due to this. I explained that it was for a gift but that I was happy to wait yet Rexanna asked the artist if she could make me a priority to ensure that it was made and would arrive on time which I was really grateful for and I really appreciate that this was done for me :) thank you very much!
