I booked and entered in the "special requests" box that I would need the room at my arrival at the airport at 10:30 am
When I checked in I was told that the room would not be ready before 2pm as per the general conditions. No apologies or refund were provided. Be warned against this online booking that fools you and against the total lack of willingness to help at the check-in. The Novotel, closer, has better rooms at the ready and available for the day
