I cannot stress how much you should avoid iBuild contractors of pershore. Andy Perry was a complete nightmare. I contracted them to start in February. It is now June and nothing has happened except for a few ceilings taken down. At first he came across as very professional, this changed after we paid the deposit as he became very difficult to get hold of. If you decide to contract Andy then you will literally hear every excuse under the sun. Not limited to; my van prop shaft is broken, I have a puncture, my guys have covid, I forgot, they went to the wrong house... I could go on. Towards the end he lined up some subcontractors to do the work, they were ready to go and Andy for some inexplicable reason didn't sign the contract with them. He will ignore your calls for days on end and give you times he will call back but never does. If by some miracle he answers the phone he will set an arbitrary date which I guarantee he will miss.
