My canvas arrived in a box that looked pretty beat up. Cardboard was ripped in several places. Unfortunately my canvas didn’t survive without a tear. I contacted canvas and was amazed at their responsiveness of customer service. They issued me a a refund immediately. Because my canvas was a limited edition they could not be replaced. I will definitely order from them again and I certainly recommend them. I have never dealt with such a helpful, responsive customer service department which a reflection on the company culture.
