Our print was delivered on time and packaged well. When we were arranging our prints on our newly painted wall we realized we should have ordered a larger size. We emailed customer service and received a reply the next day. Icanvas took great care of us. We will be ordering from them again.Just an FYI if you are ordering a print. If you do not plan on framing it, you should order the 1.5" thick canvas. You will be happier!
