I received a canvas print from iCanvas and it came with some indentations from packaging . I wouldn't call it "damage" per se, but I wanted to point out to the companies' support team that thy should review their packaging procedures. I was given the opportunity to have the print replaced, but the indentation on one corner of the print was not enough of a problem for me to return it. I was satisfied that I got the point across, and am satisfied with the whole experience. Maybe I can nudge a little discount on a future purchase ? ;) Peace, Arne
