My mistake was my own, the staples on the box scratched the canvas during my excited unboxing. Apart from the myriad of scratch marks across the beautiful picture, which made me weep, the quality was excellent! I will definitely order from iCanvas again! Perhaps some sort of protection for the canvas, or at least a bright red sticker on the box warning to remove all staples from the cardboard prior to pulling out the item? Would have saved me my heartache..
