I received a canvas that was “wrinkled” along the edges. Customer Service sent me recommendations on how to remedy the problem; however, when that didn’t work, I was promptly refunded. So, while I was disappointed by the canvas I received, iCanvas stood behind its product and made it right, and without any hassle. I appreciated that!
