We ordered 5 prints in various sizes, the largest being 60"x40". All of the prints were received in very good condition. The large print had some wrinkles that I was unable to remove using the recommended method. I contacted customer service and they told me they would ship a new one. I didn't have to return the original. The next package was delivered with severe damage and the print too was ruined. I again contacted iCanvas and they immediately shipped me a new one. This kind of service is virtually unheard of these days. I am totally impressed with iCanvas and their commitment to customer satisfaction.
