I purchased a picture for my wife and she loved it. Asked me to purchase a second by the same artist and I did. However, when it arrived I had accidentally ordered the wrong size. To my relief, iCanvas has a satisfaction guaranteed return policy. They reprocessed my order and sent off the correct size right away. They even credited me for the difference in cost (since the intended size was small and thus cheaper). Would definitely buy from again!
