I purchased two larger prints and paid for express shipping. The prints were delivered with opened packaging. One of the prints received damage from the large metal staples used for the closure of the corrugated packaging. I informed iCanvas customer service of the issue via email with supporting photos. iCanvas responded quickly and provided a replacement print. I expected that it would be a long costly process to return the damaged print then wait for the replacement. That was not the case at all! I was pleasantly surprised how my concerns were handled. You don't see this level of customer service today! Thank you, iCanvas.
