We have just completed a total ( walls in ) remodel of our home, and except for personal photos, we are updating all the artwork. Your Customer Service and Communication has been outstanding! When our first order arrived, we observed significant damage to the canvas, caused by shipping components. At your first response, we knew this would be resolved and we could have confidence in ICanvas going forward with additional purchases. On a personal note, your CSR Marina's attitude reflects the professionalism, integrity and empathy, that is so frequently lacking in online sales interactions, and we deeply appreciate her care and concern. It is my sincere wish that perhaps your supervisor or manager should be made aware of Marina's excellence in communication and customer satisfaction. Our issue was never dissatisfaction, but disappointment that our canvas was noticeably damaged in transit, and you could has said "Sorry, send it back for a full refund." By most standards, that response would qualify as "customer satisfaction guaranteed." However, in all likelihood, ICanvas loses a customer for good because of perceived lack of quality art. Instead, Marina's diligence,follow up, investigating to see how shipping and boxing could affect other purchases, and offering an excellent solution, she have created a loyal customer going forward. We are grateful, and the replacement canvas arrived, in "perfect" condition. :)
