I would give 1 star for the quality of the frame job. I ordered the 3/4" frame with a 37x37, which is probably a mistake, because it's not sturdy enough to pull the canvas tight enough - or maybe it's possible, and the human involved just didn't do a good job. The quality of the ink was great. I ended up giving 4 stars because after I emailed and complained about a botched shipping job that left scratches, and the overall bad quality of the saggy canvas, they refunded both canvases. 1 star for quality of product, 5 stars for customer service handling it properly.
