This is a necessary review because it is about the integrity of the company. I had earlier bought some smaller prints I was very happy with and decided to go large--40" x 60". When I received the large print it was not acceptable. Whatever happened during the production, the ink was not dispensed adequately and it turned out lacking in color; really just a train wreck compared to what was advertised. When I sent photos to customer service, within a matter of a few hours I was given a full refund and was also sent a message there was no need to return it and dispose of it as I wished, which I was glad to hear because the box is so huge and the hassle of shipping it was not a pleasant consideration. So as confidence is necessary with any purchase I find it an effortless task to give praise where it's due so that other potential customers could know what they are in for regarding business ethics and accommodation.
