Ordered one canvas off the website, I was really happy how the canvas turned out with amazing colors and design, however when I got the canvas it was slightly damaged due to the box having minimal protection. Had no trouble asking customer service for a replacement, my only negative is that they wouldn't need to send a replacement if the canvas was more protected, the canvas is only protected by a cardboard box with styrofoam in the 4 corners. Unfortunately I don't think this is enough protection as as soon as there is damage to the box it will probably transfer on the canvas. Besides that, customer service is great and easy to deal with, and the website has a lot of canvas variety, will definitely consider shopping on their website again.
