I ordered a very large canvas print of a Christmas scene. I paid extra to have it delivered quicker because of how messed up the mail was this year. The picture arrived even earlier than promised! The packaging was excellent....not a dent or scratch anywhere. I will definitely use them again. My only problem with the picture,which is not an iCanvas issue, was with the actual print...in big letters at the bottom of the canvas is this, (copyright symbol) BLUEBIRD BARN. For some reason I wasn't expecting that to be on the actual print.
