I had an outstanding experience with icanvas and will most certainly use them again to decorate my home. I was skeptical at first and despite the free, no hassle return promise I was leery that I was going to get stuck with a few pieces that I didn’t want since I ordered various ones to see what would look best in certain rooms. And to my surprise, perfect experience both purchasing and returning. I ended up keeping 4 pictures that I absolutely LOVE and sent the others back without issue. Their selection is huge, customer service was especially great...even received the nicest phone call from Matt who was extremely down to earth, helpful and knowledgeable. He even apologized for the slight delay in replying to my contact request. He explained that right around that time, Covid had hit so they had gotten slammed with orders. Most likely by people redecorating because they were stuck at home so much. I greatly appreciated his honesty in explaining the minor delay and just “shooting me straight”! I totally understood why there was a slight delay and he earned huge kudos with me by just being honest. Anyway, I’m a teacher and I give iCanvas an A+++!!! :)
