We decided the picture we ordered was not quite right for the room intended. We found another picture and ordered it while iCanvas sent the return shipping label to us for free return shipping on the first. The return process went smoothly and our account was credited quickly. The 2nd picture arrived in a timely manner. We are very pleased with iCanvas and their selection of art and the way they handle returns.
