I had a fairly large canvas that had quite a few wrinkles. I told Customer Service that I didn't expect any replacement because I couldn't try the suggestions they made to correct the problem, due to an arm injury. They were wonderful--replaced it right away. I've had several pieces of art from them and would recommend iCanvas right off! Art comes packed carefully and have had no problems with damaged deliveries.
