i have made several purchases from icanvas. and 90% are excellent. However, if you order a picture that includes a boarder--good luck getting it to be lined up correctly with the reame. mine have all been crooked and not straight. I have also seen some issues with the quality of the prints. like they ran out of black ink when printing them. its like the old inkjet printers that didn't have a black cartridge. It just combines all 5the colors to give a super dark almost black gray color. you can easily tell its not black but should be. The pictures i uploaded and had turned into art work were fine and i will continue to order them. over all not great but not bad.
