The first print that was shipped to me was not perfect. There were blemishes on the front and it wasn't stretched on the frame correctly, showing a white edge(when the print is black). I reached out to their customer service with feedback and pictures and they shipped me a new one immediately!! Super happy with my purchase from iCanvas. Will definitely order more and refer people to them!
