We ordered two canvas from iCanvas. They were shipped out well within scheduled 7-10 processing days. They arrived unscathed in strong packaging. Beautiful! We had made a mistake in selecting two different sized frame and iCanvas gladly replaced it and had the new one shipped out immediately. Not only did they not charge us for the more expensive frame, they honored a sale they had underway so we actually saw a reimbursement for the difference.
