The canvas is not tight enough on frame, or wood of frame is so crappy it cannot support weight of canvas. Either way, $400 is a lot of money to be this disappointed in a product. I bought for my 88 year old mother with poor eye sight, so she does not see, but I do. I will never buy another product from icanvas or recommend them to anyone. In fact, if anyone ever asked I would tell them DO NOT BUY FROM ICANVAS!!! Would cost too much to ship back, so we will keep.
