My exceptionally large canvas arrived with a broken wood frame and tears in the artwork. I sent an email to customer service and was immediately helped by a wonderful team member named Matt. He stayed in contact throughout the entire replacement process and within a matter of just a few days, I had a replacement piece at my door. I cannot say enough kind words about my experience with iCanvas. I have been a repeat customer and will recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality pieces of canvas art.
