Out of the 4 canvas pieces I've ordered from your company since mid January, 2 of them arrived damaged from shipping. The 3rd piece was warped at the bottom and the canvas was loose at the top. It's my experience that the 4 styrofoam corners are not enough protection because the rest of the canvas has no protection from something placed on top of or against the cardboard container. The cardboard is easily bent or punctured during shipping. It seems to me that adding large bubble wrap around the center of the canvas before placing it in the cardboard would solve that problem. It's my opinion that your company needs to make improvements in shipping containers, as well as customer satisfaction. You shouldn't have to tell customers how to fix a canvas (using an ice cube to smooth out creases and a hammer to tighten the canvas, as well as how to fix warpage) that is supposed to be in excellent condition when it arrives. Shipping improvements would save a lot of frustration for everyone and improve customer satisfaction.
