I received the product I ordered and upon starting to hang it I noticed some scratches in the two bottom corners of the canvas. Immediately I contacted iCanvas and sent an email including pictures. Within a reasonable time, Matt responded asking if I could also send pictures of the box it came in. I sent pictures as requested. I was then told that they were sending out another canvas. I was asked to hold on to the damaged one for 7 days in case they wanted me to send back (at their expense). Before 7 days, I received a new canvas and it is currently hanging on my wall. Via email, I asked Matt when they might be sending a mailing label to return the original canvas. He told me to dispose of it per my liking. I was so impressed with the "no questions asked" policy. I would purchase from this company again in an instant and would recommend them as well.
