My daughter gave me one and I loved doing the painting. So I got one for my mother in law. Customer service is fantastic. One suggestion - is it possible to extend the painting to the actual size requested - e.g 16x20 instead of 15.5x19.5? It would be great for gallery type framing. I had to extend it on my own.. not sure it turned out as good.
