There were wrinkles on my canvas picture and when I contacted customer service immediately received a reply with instructions on how to fix the problem. Also if that didn’t work I could return the picture. Fortunately it worked. The colors in the painting were true to what I saw on my iPad and I’m pleased with the quality.
