Sadly my canvas arrived damaged and could not be used. It was obvious that the damage was caused by the shipping company and not the fault of iCanvas. I contacted the company immediately and provided pictures of the damaged packaging and canvas. The company was very helpful and refunded my purchase price. I would not hesitate to place another order.
