Order received via UPS and both boxes appeared to have been opened in transit with obvious damage to one print caused by copper packaging stapes scratching print. iCanvas was contacted and was quickly responsive and replacement sent. Minor scuff to one corner of replacement print, noticeable but not worth additional time to replace though I'm certain iCanvas would accommodate.
