I wanted to exchange my picture for a larger size and iCanvas couldn't have made the process any easier. The time from my initial request to the delivery of my replacement piece took barely a week. The associates I interacted with were both professional and helpful in giving me the info I needed to achieve my goal. In the end I was told to merely pay the difference and keep the original so as not to have to go through the hassle of actually exchanging the pieces. That's great service and really putting the customers needs first! I will definitely buy from iCanvas again.
