When my first canvas came, it had a dent in it from the outer box being damaged in transit and was slightly lose but since I had read reviews before ordering, I knew that I could fix it without returning. I tightened up the frame using the method shown in the FAQ section and ironed out the dent. It looks terrific. They do not come with mounting hardware but I added my own and hung them up and they look awesome. 5 stars from me
