I got a large canvas with no frame. The box wasn't closed very well, and the edges have some scuffing from transit because of that I suspect. Where I have it hanging, the scuffed edge isn't noticeable, so at least it didn't have to go back. EDIT: After leaving this review and iCanvas replying, they unsolicited created a ticket in their support system, sent me a new identical piece completely free of charge, and told me to either gift, keep, or donate the piece with the minor scuff. HOLY AMAZING CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I'm absolutely going to be a repeat customer now, and will be recommending them to everyone else.
