I had an issue with the workmanship of my ordered canvases. Matt from customer service was very nice and professional and he had the order redone without my returning the defective art. HOWEVER, one if my complaints was that there was visible print on the sides of the art work as if a second image was started. This problem WAS NOT corrected in the redo. But at this point there was no sense in complaining as it seems this problem is inherent in the process. The second problem with the centering lines was somewhat corrected by keeping the lines equidistant from the edges of the frame. My choice would have been to eliminate them totally
