Customer Service is excellent and prompt. I do staging and sometimes my customers after the purchase have change of mind about the product... icanvas Customer Service made it easy for me to return big size paintings. Only thing I would like to mention is they should make it clear while we order on Customers order page that the returns are not free and we pay a fee of $85 for the return. Other than that no complaints.
