I am happy with my experience and service from iCanvas. We ordered many prints and though many of them came damaged, they were replaced with little fuss. UPS sent me an absolute deluge of phone calls to investigate the damage and that was a hassle to deal with. Over all I was pleased with the products and the turnaround time, especially when iCanvas sent out replacements. I would appreciate it if iCanvas made it clear to UPS that they did not expect the damaged goods to be shipped back.
