Received my 37x37 canvas. Colors were spot on was very happy. Discovered upper right frame was cracked. Took picture, sent to customer service. Received e-mail that I-canvas would replace my canvas within 10 days. Replacement came in perfect condition in 7 days!!! Totally phenomenal service in a time when it is almost impossible to receive customer service.
