My item arrived with a few scuffs in the corners of the canvas. The shipping must have been a little rough. The scuffs were just in the corners where the canvases were secured in a plastic shipping structure. When I pointed this out to customer service they promptly responded and sent an entirely new 3 piece canvas. I was thoroughly impressed.
