This was my error in ordering the pictures too large, I needed small; they made it easy to return but I thought as soon as the code was scanned the pictures were received by UPS that work would immediately start on the replacements as happens on Amazon. I was just disappointed that was not the fact in their return policy; not only did that not happen, after 3-4 days I asked when I could expect the replacements. It could be up to 9 days. I love the work, I just thought once they were scanned and verified the pics were on their way, my replacements would be started on immediately. That didn't happen.
