I ordered the wrong size for 2 of my pictures. Exchanging them was very simple and the cs rep was super helpful. The responses were really quick too. In general I think the quality of the pictures is very good. We wanted our living room wall to display all the places we've visited. The selection of wall art we had to choose from was vast. I'm very happy with it!
