The picture i ordered arrived in good order though it was touch & go as the box was partially open & damaged in places. There was no packing around the picture so i was lucky it was in one piece. When a picture has to travel a great distance it would be beneficial to have decent protection aroung the actual item. However, that being said it was delivered safely & is lovely.
