My art work arrived with damage due to shipping. It was replaced instantly after submission of a couple of pictures. Overall the art piece was reproduced in vibrant colors and was advertised. Would order again. After I received the replacement, I decided it was too big for the room. I emailed customer service and explained the issue. iCanvas replaced it for a second time and even sent me a refund since the item had been put on sale. That's GREAT SERVICE! 10/31/22
