The canvas I bought is great and exactly as I expected it to be. The thing that blew me away is the customer service. Catherine was great with helping me with my order when it turned out that the building number was omitted on the shipping label. It then turned out that UPS lost my package and she shipped a replacement canvas rather than have me go through the UPS claim process. I'd buy from iCanvas again just for the service.
