When I received my canvas, there were wrinkles in all four corners where the canvas was not real tight. I contacted your company and they told me about the little plastic pieces in the corners that I can use to adjust the canvas. I was careful not to over tighten the canvas, but after two weeks, all four corners were tight. Thanks for the great customer service!
