We ordered a large canvas piece for our dining room. It arrived with some small damage (due to shipping) so we were disappointed. I reached out to the company and they were fantastic to deal with. We sent pictures of the damage and I received a new piece at no charge within a very short timeframe. We are very pleased with this company and will buy again from them
