I was super impressed! The shipping was quicker than expected (for a similar price as items that take twice as long to arrive); quality of packaging was excellent; quality of the item was fantastic! I then received an email asking if everything arrived as planned and in good condition, and to let them know if we needed anything. Wow, what service and care! And NO, we didn't, as it was all amazing. However, I still wrote back to tell them I didn't "need" anything, but wanted to them to know how impressed I was. I would order from iCanvas again in a heartbeat.
