We received a large piece of art that was damaged in shipping. It had a huge indent in the box that went through the box during transit. I contacting customer service and immediately received a reply for images. Sent images that day and again send a quick reply stating my replacement order was placed and to keep the damaged it. New art was received within a few days and was in perfect condition. Excellent customer service !! Would definitely recommend to anyone.
