Amazing product and amazing customer service experience! I will continue to purchase for myself and for others from Ice N Fire over any other competitor companies. Even the more inexpensive jewelry I've gotten is still so cute and doesn't look juvenile or cheap. I ordered a few things recently and there was some kind of issue with their online inventory count. A representative was so kind to email me and offer a different product as a replacement and even threw in some free bath salts as a gift. I haven't had this level of customer service in years and it really warmed my heart. Thanks Steve!
