Really disappointed with Icebreaker customer service. Have a dispute about my order which got left at my doorstep without my permission. The box was opened up, and the contents taken. My money is on Yodel the delivery company - they claim they gave it to a 25yr old blonde hair guy. Which sounds like ridiculous reponse - do they just give parcels to anyone? I've never had an issue with Amazon & Hello fresh leaving things at my door. Anyway, I've been in touch with icebreaker 3 attempts to contact them - and silence. They owe me £98. Wondering if I may ever see it or my delivery.
