Ordered a Harriet Tiffany Bronze and Walnut Ceiling Fan on the 30th Sept 18, delivered by Hermes on the 3rd Oct 18. On immediate inspection found the lamp shade to have some significant damage. Contacted Iconiclights straight away and spoke to a lovely lady called Donna. Donna was remarkably helpful, courteous and professional. Donna assured us that a replacement would be shipped out immediately and we could expect to receive this in two days. That is exactly what happened. As far as company reviews are concerned, they really only have real worth when things go wrong and you experience the response of the customer service you receive. In the case of Iconiclights we give a 10/10 rating. We are very happy with the purchase, the fan/light operates very efficiently and looks very attractive.
